Summary:
Support a global project in Markets Treasury reporting to the Head of Transformation for Markets Treasury based in London.
The need is in Markets Treasury to lead a project globally, out of the US. The driver for this project is a change in regulation that has been introduced in the US that has extra jurisdictional implications. The regulation takes effect during 2025 and 2026. Need someone with understanding of secured funding. This is a Global project; the person will need to manage governance in partnership with leadership. NO IT delivery, more due diligence and getting things signed off on the business side with stakeholders. There is a lot of business/stakeholder management, so this person will need to be able to speak with a broad set of business stakeholders to lead the delivery. As these are all due diligence exercises the managers envisions, they will be able to use local business managers to deliver to specific locations, but this person will be the program manager delivering to these specific units who will then take the messages outward. This person will also be responsible for running a governance forum and lead globally calls to manage touchpoints.

Navigate internal stakeholders that will be impacted by the new regulation, including but not limited to Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance.

Someone who has had business transformation project experience and Regulatory projects like Dodd-Frank and Volker.
Very front office focused.
Experience with implementing change around Securities is OK, don’t necessarily need Markets Treasury.

Pay Rate: $100- $140/hour W2
