Summary:
This client is the leading audio entertainment company in North America, and the premier programmer and platform for subscription and digital advertising-supported audio products. The client’s platforms collectively reach approximately 150 million listeners, the largest digital audio audience across paid and free tiers in North America, and deliver music, sports, talk, news, comedy, entertainment and podcasts.
As a key member of the Campaign Development team, the Sr. Analyst will support designing campaign data solutions and automating complex marketing campaigns in support of Marketing and Strategic Analytics business initiatives in a new Martech Platform. Further, the analyst will be a key contributor in migrating existing marketing campaigns from legacy platform to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities:
• Support the technical and operational capabilities of SFMC for all lines of business. This role will play an integral role in supporting results-driven cross channel journeys and automated marketing efforts.
• Communicate project status updates to project manager, marketing business partners, and updating the workflow management system.
• Review and analyze business requirements, write Functional Specifications
• Quality Control testing of campaign lists and/or Analytic reporting files
• Manage project and time-tracking through the workflow management platform
• Oversee Level-of-Effort estimation for relevant projects
Required Qualifications:
• 6+ yrs practical experience in coding, testing and implementing marketing business intelligence campaign initiatives.
• Strong affinity for and knowledge of big data environments, relational databases, data interrogation techniques, complex joins, complex segmentation, etc.
• Familiarity with direct marketing business concepts and terminology
• 4+ years’ experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding database marketing concepts such as householding, audience hierarchies, audience sizing, multi-step, contact history, test and control, hold-outs, cell-coding, promo-coding, propensity models, waterfall reports, quality control and peer review methodologies.
• Experience working with Direct Marketers
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-faced environment.
• Proficient in SFMC, Ampscript, SQL.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
