Summary:

The Business Analyst acts as the key interface between the users, Development team, and the Project Manager, Solution (product) Manager, and Solution (product) Owner.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct system analysis to identify gaps, propose solutions, and define system requirements.
Develop functional specifications and work closely with development teams to implement system enhancements.
Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of business applications.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and system implementation.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
