Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Mobile Technology Standardization Project Manager on a long-term contract basis.

Summary:
This is a pivotal role for the Program, and we are looking to recruit for a Project Manager who will be responsible for all elements of the project lifecycle from Business Unit Engagement to technical delivery and liaising across the various groups to successfully deliver the project. The candidate will be required to be able to adapt throughout the life cycle to meet the needs of this large Program.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted relationships with the business unit leads and delivery teams in the region
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Task-manage and coordinate a cross functional team, ensuring resources are managed efficiently to meet project objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
  • Monitoring and report progress through project milestones and resolving any roadblocks that arise
  • Provide the Mobile Technology Standardization Program Lead with all relevant Program updates
  • Liaise with global counterparts to ensure consistency and success across the Program
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations

Required Skills:

  • Skilled in building and managing strong and effective multi discipline teams
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographical & functional boundaries
  • Any successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of leading technology projects/programs and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives
  • This role requires an individual with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to clearly articulate objectives, requirements and risks & issues
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts
  • Innovative thinker and problem solver
  • The ideal candidate may have around 10+ years’ experience
  • Prior experience working in financial services or consulting firm required

Pay: $68-$89 per hour.
