Summary:
The Operations Optimization and Enablement team (“OOE”) sits within the Operations Division which is part of the Chief Operating Office. OOE partners with the Data and Regulatory Operations functions in defining strategy and associated operating models and managing program execution. We are solutions oriented and leverage deep domain expertise to make an impact across all core operations functions. We are also looking for someone passionate about using cutting-edge AI tools to produce engaging and high-quality content. You will be a key player in expanding our content creation capabilities and driving audience engagement. The Project Manager/Business Analyst is responsible for project management and analysis related to multiple strategic work efforts across Data & Regulatory Operations.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management plans
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address any roadblocks or issues
  • Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders effectively
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document review
  • Model and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications
  • Validate and verify solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
  • Communicate business requirements and analysis findings to technical teams and stakeholders
  • Develop a comprehensive operational strategy for leveraging generative AI to improve efficiency, automation, and innovation within our core business processes
  • Identify key operational areas where generative AI can have the biggest impact, process automation or data analysis
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and systems to determine the feasibility and potential ROI of integrating generative AI solutions
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute the implementation of generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Develop training programs and documentation to support the adoption of generative AI tools by operational teams
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the business, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis and project management roles, specifically within the Data domain
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance, including those at senior levels
  • Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change. Proven track record in terms of evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to reengineer the process to create significant improvement across all key variables
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
  • Experience in designing business process models and solutioning in order to support strategic design decision
  • Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting need
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
  • Minimum 10 years of experience

Pay: $79-$99 per hour.
