Summary:

Project Manager (Non-IT)

Job Description: *This candidate MUST be local to Bentonville, AR*

Required Skills:

Project Management, Walmart Experience, Local to Walmart

Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional client project teams, fostering collaboration and communication
Stakeholder Management: Engage with client stakeholders at various levels to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success, support the development of mitigation plans, and proactively manage changes to ensure project timelines are met.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations having regular reviews and assessments with the client lead.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against established goals and milestones, providing regular updates and detailed reports to client, and using data-driven insights to improve performance and outcomes.
