Summary:
The Supply Chain Project Manager role is to manage and coordinate product supply activities, lead new product launches from North Americas CMOs, and supply chain related projects for External Manufacturing operations.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with in-depth knowledge of supply chain, artwork development and regulatory change management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in forecasting, product planning, order fulfillment, and procurement.
- Extensive experience leading new product launches and collaborating with third-party contract manufacturing organizations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional project teams.
- Experience working in a global, culturally diverse organization.
- Ability to motivate project teams to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Spotfire, and SAP.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships within the organization and with external partners, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities and manage cross functional teams involved in the planning, project management, and execution of supply chain projects.
- Oversee and lead new product launches from North American CMOs; develop and maintain launch-related metrics and dashboards to ensure visibility and drive action.
- Partner with the Launch Excellence team to ensure alignment of product flows, master data, and forecasts.
- Support ExM Virtual Plant Teams with tech transfer projects, ensuring supplier capability to meet all requirements.
- Create detailed project work plans, identifying scope, key milestones, and deliverables, and update them as needed to meet evolving requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely task completion and successful delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams and effectively communicate project status updates.
- Travel- Possibility of less than 10% within US
Pay: $78-$83/hr
