A History of Excellence
Since its founding in 1969, TSR, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, TSR Consulting Services (founded in 1980), have grown, evolved and prospered in the Information Technology industry – approaching $100 million in annual revenue but more importantly, it has grown into a great company to work for and with. TSR provides world class staffing solutions to clients nationwide, by staying true to our relentless focus of exceeding the highest professional IT service business standards.

We challenge each employee daily, to raise the bar on how we treat our consultants and candidates. For far too long in this industry, candidates have been ghosted, lied to, or placed at a client and then forgotten about. Each day our staff works tirelessly at qualifying and placing, top talent with our clients, in a compassionate and caring manner.

Executive Leadership
Justin Christian
CEO
Justin founded BCforward in 1998 after graduating from DePauw University with a BA in Computer Science. In 2024, TSR was acquired by a newly-formed entity owned by Justin. As CEO, he leads the overall corporate strategy and develops executive-level relationships with customers and corporate partners. He serves as a member on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, and The DePauw University Board of Trustees, among others. Justin is also a member of the Business Equity for Indianapolis Taskforce. In 2020, Ernst & Young (EY) named Justin a National Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner. He and his wife live in Zionsville, Indiana, and they have four daughters.
Thomas Salerno
President
Tom was appointed President of TSR in 2020 after serving as Managing Director for the prior ten years and has more than 30 years staffing industry experience. He is responsible for the growth strategy, vision, and under his leadership TSR strives to be one of the most technologically advanced staffing firms in the country. With an extremely tenured staff, Tom’s continued mission is to maintain an employee first culture, where every staff member is valued. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and lives in Saddle River NJ with his wife, 2 children and golden retriever.
Shah Syed
Managing Director of Sales & Recruiting
Shah brings more than 25 years of expertise in the staffing industry to TSR. He joined the company as a Senior Recruiter 14 years ago and advanced to Account Manager which he excelled at for three years before moving into management in 2020. Since then, Shah has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth, leading initiatives in Sales, Recruiting, and Technology. His accomplishments include spearheading ATS automation and digital transformation projects, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
He holds a diploma in Computer Programming from the Chubb Institute and a degree in Business Administration from New Jersey City University and resides in Manalapan, NJ, with his wife, two sons, and daughter.
Niv Dasgupta
Managing Director
LOGIXtech
Niv Dasgupta leads LOGIXtech, an international subsidiary of TSR Consulting. She has more than thirty years of experience related to providing complex IT/computing services including extensive international experience as an ERP specialist and successful executions of challenging IT transformations throughout USA and Europe. Niv began her career as a Programmer Trainee and rose through the ranks in technology to ultimately head the IT department of an integrated steel plant in Mexico (Arcelor Mittal), before transitioning to staffing. She lives in Luxembourg and enjoys the European lifestyle with a group of close friends, from diverse backgrounds.
Denise Briggs Newman
Vice President & Director of Accounting
Denise leads the accounting department at TSR and has been with the company more than 25 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utica College. In March of 2023 Denise was promote to Vice President, Director of Accounting. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations at TSR including financial reporting, maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. She resides on Long Island and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, two children and lifelong friends.
Yvette Fisher
Vice President & Director of Human Resources
Yvette was appointed as Director of Human Resources at TSR in February 2023, having been an integral part of the organization since 2016. She brings extensive expertise in human resources management, and a proven track record in overseeing critical functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, payroll operations, and regulatory compliance. Yvette is recognized for her adeptness in navigating complex employee relations and fostering a culture of professionalism and operational excellence. She resides in Commack, NY, with her husband, Michael, and their three children, Joseph, Alexandra, and Mikaela.
Marc Linden
Managing Director of Operations
Marc brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, specializing in technology implementation, account management, recruitment strategies, and business operations. With a proven track record in driving revenue, profit, and organizational growth, Marc has held various roles overseeing sales and operations. His hands-on expertise has been instrumental in managing headcount growth and delivering strategic results throughout his career at TSR. Marc resides in Westchester, NY, with his wife and two sons.
Kurt Ausderan
Director of ADP Business Practices
Kurt leads our practice focused on ADP Payroll and HR consulting and has more than 20 years’ experience in the field. He has held diverse roles including positions in Sourcing, Business Development, Sales and Recruiting Manager. His diverse background has helped him cultivate a well-rounded business perspective with an invaluable skill set with a focus in the payroll and HR disciplines. Kurt holds a BA in Business Management from Iona College. Away from work, Kurt cherishes quality time with his family. When the open road beckons, he embarks on exhilarating adventures astride his beloved Harley Davidson.
