Summary:
This business-critical role will be responsible for General Ledger accounts related to Consumer and Commercial Assets and Liabilities. Expected to perform research and investigation of outstanding items in accounts to resolution with minimal supervision. Must understand and follow escalation procedure within department. This position will ensure that outstanding general ledger differences will be resolved timely to mitigate risk to the company. Coordinate team efforts to ensure the efficiency of quality, timeliness, and general operation to maintain workflow of the department. Communicate issues in a concise and business professional manner verbally and written. Completion of various financial transactions daily and month end process. Accurately complete and maintain procedures for process/accounts within responsibility.
Required Skills:
- Years of relevant experience: Preferably 2 -5+ years
- Must have a strong knowledge/understanding of (Debits/Credits) and (Reconciliation).
- Must have Basic/Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Communication Skills, be able to explain complex financial information.
- Familiarity with software tools like Excel and Microsoft word.
- Attention to Detail – Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify issues.
- Be able to analyze financial data and identify trends.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Pay: $15-$20 per hour.
