Our client, a leading financial services company, is hiring a Vantage Specialist on a contract basis.

Summary:
- Vantage HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Recruiting Management, Performance Management.
- They are currently evaluating options for a new “employee communications app” that would integrate with Vantage; this is a critical initiative for them because they don’t have email access to their employees. They would like their temporary HRIS manager to assist with the evaluation; the ideal candidate would have experience integrating communication apps with Vantage.
- Provide day-to-day trouble shooting and manage resolution of issues; everything from “I’m a new employee and I can’t login” to file interface errors or “breakdowns” (they have about 10 external interfaces).
- Run a daily error report and distribute it to teams responsible for fixing data entry errors.
- Perform data uploads into Vantage as needed.
- Review release announcements and assess organizational impact for Vi.
- Assist with Vantage integration for their new background check vendor, “Sterling”.
- Generate the monthly turnover report; this is currently a manual process and takes 4-6 hours.
