Our client, a leading financial company, is hiring a Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions End-to-End Implementation Specialist on a contract basis.

Summary:

Position:  Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions – End-to-End Implementation Specialist.
Department:  Human Resources/Operations.
Job Summary:  Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions – End-to-End Implementation Specialist.  This individual will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of the Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions system, ensuring seamless integration into our organization.  The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our workforce management processes and supporting our HR and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
  • Configure and customize Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions with existing systems and applications.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions, recommending enhancements and system optimizations.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
  • Proficient in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 

Pay Rate:  $75.00 – $85.00/hr.
