Responsibilities:
- Working independently and alongside operations, tech and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and analysis.
- Ensure consistent and accurate requirements reflect the needs of the company for the SL program
- Bridging the gap between operations, Tech and finance partners to effectively translate requirements
- Facilitate communications and act as liaison between operations units , Tech and Finance to understand each others constraints
- Process Improvement : Current state analysis and future state design.
- Data Migration and integrity : clear data mapping from old to new system and data validation during migration and after.
- Manage Change : Help manage the organizational change process ensure operations are prepared and remove ambiguity when the need arises.
Required Skills:
- Requirements gathering and analysis: ability to elicit, document and analyze business requirements to ensure SL meets ops needs
- Process modeling and documentation: Creating detailed process models, flowcharts ad documentation to illustrate current and future state process
- Gap Analysis : Identifying has between current process and the desired future state and solutions to bridge these gaps
- Banking and financial knowledge, Finance and operations a plus.
- Project management tools. e.g. Jira PTS

Pay: $73-$92 per hour.
