Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a BA/PMO on a long-term contract basis.

Work Location:
Tampa, FL – Hybrid
Responsibilities:

  • Working independently and alongside operations, tech and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and analysis.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate requirements reflect the needs of the company for the SL program
  • Bridging the gap between operations, Tech and finance partners to effectively translate requirements
  • Facilitate communications and act as liaison between operations units , Tech and Finance to understand each others constraints
  • Process Improvement : Current state analysis and future state design.
  • Data Migration and integrity : clear data mapping from old to new system and data validation during migration and after.
  • Manage Change : Help manage the organizational change process ensure operations are prepared and remove ambiguity when the need arises.

Required Skills:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis: ability to elicit, document and analyze business requirements to ensure SL meets ops needs
  • Process modeling and documentation: Creating detailed process models, flowcharts ad documentation to illustrate current and future state process
  • Gap Analysis : Identifying has between current process and the desired future state and solutions to bridge these gaps
  • Banking and financial knowledge, Finance and operations a plus.

Pay: $73-$92 per hour.
