Summary:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager leads organizational change management programs and plays a crucial role in ensuring successful outcomes by focusing on the people side of change. The OCM manager is responsible for driving adoption, increasing utilization of changes, and achieving positive outcomes for the organization. Thrives in a fast paced, global, and changing environment. A brand consumer and advocate for the client’s brands.

Responsibilities:
• Develops and Implements Change Strategies: The OCM manager creates and executes change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. This involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
• Conducts Impact Assessments: Conducts impact analyses, evaluates the impact of changes on business processes, systems, and stakeholder groups. Assesses change readiness and identifies key stakeholders impacted by the changes.
• Anticipates and Minimizes Resistance: Identifies potential resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes. Works to minimize resistance and ensure smoother transitions.
• Manages Communication Plans: Creates the communications plans including the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to the changes.
• Creates and Manages Training Plan: Creates and drives training plans, provides input on training delivery methods, training documents, and supports the delivery of training programs to help employees adapt to the changes.
• Collaboration: Collaborates with stakeholders across various departments to determine business readiness and ensure smooth transitions.
• This position will interact with corporate business partners and trainers in other areas of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
• Understands bigger picture of how business functions interact in a global company
• Sets and maintains high quality standards for OCM programs to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption
• Knowledge of program/ project management and organizational change management best practices
• Highly skilled with PC skills: Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
• Experienced user of project management skills and tools (SmartSheet) to manage multiple projects and to define and meet milestones, communicate issues and risks while maintaining control over quality, cost and schedule

2) Minimum educational level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3) Minimum experience:
• Minimum 5 years of Program Management, Organizational Change Management, and/or cross-functional business process transformation experience and 10 years overall experience.
• Minimum of 4 years management experience.
• Organizational Change Management Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with field knowledge and exposure to front line workers

Pay Rate: $75/hour W2
