Summary:
The client is seeking a highly motivated contractor with proven expertise in project change management to support strategic transformation initiatives.
 

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading change efforts across complex projects, with a strong ability to develop and execute communication strategies and training plans that drive adoption.
  • This role also requires proficiency in conducting stakeholder assessments to identify impact, readiness, and engagement needs.
  • The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner who can translate change strategies into actionable plans that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Preferred experience includes experience deploying customer loyalty programs.
     

Pay Rate: $45 – $60 /hourly W2
