Our client, a leading financial services company, is hiring a Client Relationship Rep on a contract basis.

Work Location:

San Dimas, CA

Summary:

Processes check inquiries and issues. Handles Holder In Due Course Cases, counterfeit, altered, and forged endorsements. Works with internal and external partners to resolve fraudulent check cases.

The Loss Prevention department is responsible for check inquiries and check issues. In addition, the team handles Holder In Due Course Cases, counterfeit, altered, and forged endorsements. The team researches and supports internal business units with fraudulent checks and subpoenas. Loss Prevention also processes check verifications for banks and check cashers.

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail. 
• Ability to handle multiple functions. 
• Banking experience preferred. 
• Interpersonal/collaboration skills. 

Pay Rate:  $16.00 – $21.00 per hour.
