Our client, a leading appliance and consumer electronics company, is hiring a CRM & Contents Marketing Manager on a contract to hire basis. 

Work Location: Englewoods Cliff, NJ (onsite)

Description:

We’re looking for a CRM & Contents Marketing Manager who will help drive the company’s brand platform’s growth forward with contents-driven service management and its 1:1 CRM marketing activation. To excel in the role, you must love not only ideating big creative ideas, but also planning all the details to fully launch critical marketing campaigns that will drive overall business performance. To do the job well, you will need to combine some degree of technical understanding of our systems and technologies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) along with creative and analytical skills to launch engaging and effective campaigns.  You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the broader organizations and suite of partners (design/creative and copy, analytics, product and UX, commerce ) to either re-purpose or newly develop relevant contents thru a user journey and accordingly execute email, push and in-app marketing campaigns to reach right target users at right time . The role requires someone who is incredibly executional, detail-oriented, a quick problem-solver and has a can-do attitude.

Your responsibilities:

  • Accountable for annual CRM campaign development along with company’s brand user journey
    • Understanding Target Segmentation among the company’s brand or broader company’s users
    • User Journey build per each Target Segment
    • Development of 1:1 communication campaign via SFMC (email, app push etc.) and contents creation & publishment at digital channels
  • Contents-driven service management at the company’s brand platform
    • Annual brand contents planning as a company’s brand service upon user journey 
    • Sourcing (internal/external) & repurposing
    • New creation with annual plan
    • Contents scenario plan (w/ data signals from data scientist)
    • Create and publish by channel (influencer contents, app push/email, SNS etc…) via CMS admin
  • Contents marketing (ex. influencer contents, editorial contents) initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and customer retention.
  • Collaborates across functions and teams in the US and Korea to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and plan to meet the business objectives.
  • This role requires the combination of brand publisher, product and program manager mindset to manage, develop, repurpose and deliver the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion.
  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis with data analytics tool (GA360 / Data Studio)
  • Build clear cross-functional timelines to manage all of your campaigns to execute them effectively and on-time.
  • Assist organizational leaders with maintaining test and learn roadmaps, A/B testing schedules etc.
  • Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.

Our requirements:

  • Requirements include experience on SFMC implementation (campaign automation via SFMC or similar for CRM campaigns),campaign performance analysis via data analytic tool, CMS experience, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
  • 8+ years in a digital marketing / CRM (1:1 communication) role. Content marketing and management experience is must.
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results.
  • Experience in leveraging data for micro-segmentation, campaign formulation and execution.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, with exceptional attention to detail with great end-to-end executional ability
