Our client, a leading insurance company, is hiring a Data Analyst Business Continuity on a contract basis

Work Location: Philadelphia, PA/Hybrid

Summary:

Job schedule – 3 days in office/ 2 days WFH
Job hours – 8:30 am – 5pm

Job Schedule-1 interview, potentially a panel interview by hiring manager and potentially additional team member(s)

Job Responsibilities

  • Read requests and process what is requested

  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data

  • Compare data with source documents, detect errors, follow up to rectify discrepancies

  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work

  • Assist in supporting other projects as assigned

  • Analyze data for accuracy and identify trends

Skills

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with computer applications, such as MS Word (using standardized templates and drafting without templates), Outlook (create and respond to email), ), Excel (projects that require input, validation and movement of data)

  • Ability to work independently and be a team player

  • Organization, Problem solving, and Interpersonal skills

  • Time Management – Ability to manage and meet deadlines

  • Provide quality service within a high-volume environment

Education/Experience

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field or high school diploma with additional experience preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in corporate office environment preferred

Pay Range:  $24-25
