Summary:
Desktop Support Technician to provide deskside and remote computer and mobile device support. Technician to be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows break fix, hardware troubleshooting, software installation, inventory management, iPhone support and deployment, iPad support and deployment, Service Now ticket tracking, a mobile device management platform, Teams, WebEx, and Zoom. Should have excellent communication skills as they will be interacting with executives.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating system.

- Laptop and Desktop imaging
- Experience with setting up new laptops/Desktops.
- VPN support
- Good experience with Team, Webex calling/meeting (Setting up conference rooms, adding users, and troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of ticketing system (Service Now )
- Intune mobile technical support (iOS/Android OS)
- Experience setting up/installing ZOOM/WEBEX/TEAMS
- Amazon Workspace experience (AWS)
- Any technical certifications are a plus
- ServiceDesk experience is a plus
- Experience setting up/installing ZOOM/WEBEX/TEAMS
- Desktop support who will interact with executives and are polished
- Proficiency on setting up iphones and trouble shooting, etc
- AWS workstation set up exp is helpful
- MDM/intune is needed
