Summary:
Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.

Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guidelines.

Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and services.

Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation.

Manage event registration processes, including attendee registration, ticketing, and guest lists.

Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts, including the creation of event materials, social media campaigns, and email marketing.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.

Oversee event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, signage, and audiovisual requirements.

Provide on-site event management, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth event flow.

Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
