Our client, a leading education innovation company, is hiring a Technical Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis.

Summary:
The position will be responsible for executing tactics that support integrated marketing campaigns, eCommerce activities, and the development of sales enablement for the Math and Science portfolios.
The job requires an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate creative production for content, promotional, and thought leadership assets including: print and online collateral, video, email, webinars, internal training materials and presentations, customer-facing product and market presentations, and sales enablement materials.
• Manage tactics, resources, and schedules to ensure timely, quality execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence from a variety of open sources.
• Maintain portfolio intranet and eCommerce sites.
• Manage updates of existing collateral as product mix evolves.
• Track KPIs and Sales reporting.

Required Skills:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint at minimum)
• Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Pro
• Agility to learn new software and platforms

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.
• This person must have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• This individual will be a team player who is well versed in detail.

Pay Rate: $20- $26/hour W2
