Our client, a leading financial company, is hiring an Operations Manager Contingent Workforce on a contract basis

Summary:

OPERATIONS MANAGER CONTINGENT WORKFORCE

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks related to the engagement of contingent labor workforce
  • Engage with business stakeholders and interface with direct sourcing team and vendors to support contingent labor needs
  • Ensure workflow and documentation are executed – identify, track, and manage issues, risks, and action items
  • Guide engagement teams and managers in the process of requisitioning contractors
  • Coordinate all contractor onboarding and offboarding with detailed and clear communication to managers, vendors, IT, and other internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with policy and applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of highly detailed vendor and/or contractor management experience
  • Experience in a highly matrixed, enterprise level organization
  • Prior experience working with VMS related systems with Beeline experience being required
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization, especially top leadership
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Pay Range:  $47-48
