Our client, a leading utility company, is hiring a Product Analyst – Senior consultant on a contract basis.

Summary:
• The Sr Product Analyst plays a dynamic role responsible for supporting and managing Product Analysts, supporting Product Owners (PO) and/or the Manager both in product analysis as well as backlog execution.
• The Sr Product Analyst should be lock step with the Product Owners and Product Analysts in regards to the product vision and how it translates into user stories.
• In the analysis realm, the Sr Product Analyst works with various SMEs to flesh out business processes and logic, impact assessment, feature breakdown and prioritization.
• The Sr Product Analyst is the team’s source for mentorship, business logic, requirements, analysis, and testing.
• Serve as the day to day contact for product analysts and the product teams on clarification of requirements and driving user stories.
• Perform necessary backlog maintenance including oversight of product analyst backlogs.
• Oversee, define, implement, and track performance metrics once solutions are implemented in production.
• Manages business process flows and customer experience.
• Oversee and perform product demos with stakeholders, as necessary.
• Exercise strong decision making across the team as a proxy to the product owner and product analysts.
• Advocates a customer centric mindset through closely partnering with the Design team and leads to pull in relevant data and synthesis clearly to varying audiences.
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Required Work Experience
• Experience in Documenting User Stories Preferred
• Knowledge in Building Visualizations or Reports in Power BI or Tableau Preferred
• Knowledge in Working Agile/Waterfall environment Required.
• Less than 2 years Product/Project Management with digital solutions Preferred
