Our client, a leading entertainment company, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist on a contract basis.

Summary:
Looking for candidates with a background in hospitality as this role is client facing and customer service oriented, either in a sales capacity or marketing related area, as they will need to understand how to deal with different types of personalities and levels of expertise, we require some excel experience (basic filters, simple formulas, sorting, simple analysis, updating data charts and details and data entry)

Required Experience:

  • Excel experience
  • Heavy training for proprietary environment, should be willing to learn in a flexible changing, fast paced environment
  • Candidates who have just completed college is acceptable and will consider candidates with a little bit of relevant experience.
  • Should be a team player, able to work within a team of highly diverse individuals with different levels of expertise and experience
     

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts
  • Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within the sales system Wide Orbit
  • Make good any commercials that did not air into future weeks in Wide Orbit
    Daily contact with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory to ensure flawless execution and delivery of agency orders

  • Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client DNA (Do Not Air) lists are being followed by Traffic as well as commercial separation
  • Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders deliver and bill in full
  • Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
  • Work directly with Finance to help clear billing issues by generating paperwork and submitting billing discrepancies
  • Maintain client database and account list

Pay Rate: $20- $28/hour W2
