Our client, a leading financial services company, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist on a contract basis.

Summary:

The client is currently looking for a Sales Billing Specialist in the newly created FinTech Sales Revenue Operations division to take ownership of the Marketplace Technology (MpT) billing responsibilities, such as raising invoices, investigating any billing issues, and processing applicable credits.

Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the MpT billing process, working with the sales reps and account managers to learn each customer billing details
• Create invoices and ensure billing is correct and aligned with contracts
• Ensure invoices are accurately prepared and processed on time
• Investigate and resolve any enquiries relating to customer invoices
• Liaise with the sales account managers on customer questions or escalations
• Document process, customer details, and work with stakeholders to create a transition plan to move this responsibility to a centralized function

Required Qualifications: 

• At least three (3) years experience in processing invoices
• A strong understanding of the billing process (e.g. ensure invoices match the contract, add purchase orders (if necessary), raise credits and reissue invoices (check if an invoice has been paid before crediting), ensure correct contact person is on the invoice)
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to investigate customer billing issues: communicate with the customer to understand the issue and resolve; and provide the customer with regular updates.
• Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

Pay Range:  $25/hour W2
