Summary:
The client is the leading audio entertainment company in North America, and the premier programmer and platform for subscription and digital advertising-supported audio products. The client’s platforms collectively reach approximately 150 million listeners, the largest digital audio audience across paid and free tiers in North America, and deliver music, sports, talk, news, comedy, entertainment and podcasts. A subsidiary of the client, is the largest ad-supported audio entertainment streaming service in the U.S. The client’s subsidiaries make it a leader in podcast hosting, production, distribution, analytics and monetization. The Company’s advertising sales organization, which operates as the client’s Media, leverages its scale, cross-platform sales organization and ad tech capabilities to deliver results for audio creators and advertisers. Through the client’s Canada Holdings, Inc., also offers satellite radio and audio entertainment in Canada. How you’ll make an impact:
· You will offer recommendations to improve conversion performance by translating analytical insights and A/B experimentation results into optimal business tactics combining key knowledge of business analytics, statistics and marketing.
· You will help optimize marketing spend and conversion predictive power by building and enhancing machine learning models

Responsibilities:
· Build advanced machine learning models to inform marketing tactics (examples: adaptive clustering, reinforcement learning, regression modeling, price elasticity modeling etc.)
· Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and descriptive modeling to answer key business questions to shape business strategy.
· Use enhanced python based graphical visualizations to deliver key insights to leadership.
· Research and implement novel modeling techniques to solve complex business problems.
· Develop analytics databases & lead development and maintenance of automated dashboards for AB experiment results.
· Develop complex SQL queries combining data from a wide variety of sources in preparation of feature engineering or to perform analysis of business questions.
· Measure incrementality of paid media campaigns using matched market testing.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
· Strong prior experience in data science, business & statistical analytics.
· 7+ years of experience in related field.
· Strong background in SQL & Python, R is a plus.
· Experience in machine learning algorithms & libraries. Examples: CausalML/EconML, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, sk-learn, seaborn, LSTM, RNN.
· Experience in visualization tools. Examples: Databrick AI/BI, Rshiny, Dash, Tableau.
· Familiarity with Databricks platform is a plus.
· Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Pay Rate: $95 – $105 /hour W2
