Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for the firm supporting all business applications and end users. ETS’s mission is to ensure the firm manages its global businesses and serve clients on a marketing-leading technology platform that is resilient, safe, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient.
Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) is comprised of multiple Super Departments & Platforms in global locations. The Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) Strategy and Communications group is responsible for aggregating & refining a cohesive & holistic ETS Strategy across the multiple teams & owns development & execution of the Global ETS communications and talent / people strategies. The group drives global best practices within ETS and liaisons with the broader T&D communications and training teams.
Responsibilities of the Senior Training/Communication Strategic Specialist:
Contribute to, manage, and design strategic solutions related to —
– Work with key stakeholders across multiple Super Departments, Platforms, & Key Programs to aggregate go-forward plans into a single, cohesive
– Develop & maintain ‘ETS Overview’ materials for external audiences
– Division-wide Communications programming (e.g., Town Halls, learning series, Senior Leadership forums, training development, online presence, networking events)
– Partnering with Tech Comms to understand background / context / timing for Tech-wide comms
– Training: manage logistics with group-specific training
– Employee engagement & awards
– Mobility
– Mentoring
– Philanthropic initiatives
– Global People Committee agenda
– Mailbox moderation with timely replies to queries
Required Qualifications:
– Superior verbal and written communication skills
– Superior teamwork skills
– Superior problem solving and analytical skills
– Superior MS-PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills
– Ability to leverage online tools to facilitate a collaborative community (e.g., SharePoint, Jive)
– Ability to work effectively with and present to people at all levels of an organization
– Ability to work well independently
– Bachelors Degree Required

Pay Range: $48.5 – $63.5/hour
