Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is hiring a SharePoint Online Migration Contractor
on a contract basis.

Work Location:
Princeton, NJ – 100% On site

Summary:
As a SharePoint Migration Contractor you will join a team of SharePoint experts responsible for ensuring the successful migration of SharePoint Online (SPO) sites from one tenant to another, while supporting users and site solutions. This role will work closely with the SharePoint Migration Leads to support the migration project plans.

Knowledge/Skills/Education:

  • Proficient in SharePoint Online and ShareGate
  • Excellent task management, customer service, and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in AvePoint a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills and ability to use JSON and PowerAutomate a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Readying a SharePoint Online Site for Migration.
  • Using ShareGate to migrate sites or portions of sites.
  • Conducting quality checks on the sites post migration for completeness.
  • Building new SPO sites and designing landing pages.
  • Configuring SPO Sites (including enhanced site setups).
  • Supporting the re-creation of site permissions.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation.

In delivering this work, you will be expected to:

  • Have strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Troubleshoot user challenges with SPO Sites.
  • Share best practices across the team.
  • Communicate clearly, apply strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Work independently and within a team structure.
  • Understand and support company SharePoint services model.
