Our client, a leading financial services company, is hiring a Support Specialist (Junior) on a contract basis.

Tempe, AZ (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Summary:
Role Description: Associate will serve as front-line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on technology, and more. Large focus on client satisfaction by resolving issues timely and accurately. In this role, you will work directly with third-party CPA’s and Accountants with questions ranging from payroll processing to tax reporting. Looking for someone who is comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment in a structured day. Associate will work to build rapport and establish trust with the clients. Organization, problem solving, and ability to work with a team is a must for this position.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communicator’s tech savvy. Anyone with Accounting, or Tax, or payroll will be a huge plus.
Provide answers to internal or external (partner) questions and email inquiries about service or product. Provide specific information regarding the services and products offered. Answer phones, provide troubleshooting information.
Pay Range: $22 to $25 per hour.
