Summary:
The client is seeking a forward-thinking AI Project Manager to lead and execute projects that integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions into our business operations. This role requires a blend of traditional project management expertise and technical understanding of AI-driven technologies. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to drive AI initiatives from conception to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics for AI and data-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to translate AI models into practical applications.
• Develop and maintain AI project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies specific to AI projects, including data availability, model accuracy, and ethical considerations.
• Track AI project performance, ensuring transparency in model development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business teams, engineering, and data science teams.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and AI project management tools to streamline workflows.
• Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

AI & Technical Skillset:
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model deployment processes.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as OpenAI API (a plus).
• Awareness of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
• Understanding and experience in Scrum, Kanban and Agile principles.

Required Qualifications:
• 5 + years of experience in project management, preferably in AI, data science, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).

Pay Rate: $55-60 /hour W2
