Summary:
Test Lead Senior for Contact Center Cloud project (CCaaS).
- The Test Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end testing lifecycle across multiple phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role ensures that testing activities are aligned with business objectives and executed with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Case Derivation & Collaboration

Partner with business leads to derive comprehensive test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.

Ensure test coverage aligns with business scenarios and edge cases.
Test Case Management

Document and input test cases into Azure DevOps, maintaining traceability and version control.

Organize test cases into suites and link them to relevant work items and requirements.
Test Planning

Develop detailed test plans for each test phase (SIT, Performance, UAT, etc.), including scope, timelines, resources, and entry/exit criteria.

Identify dependencies and risks associated with each phase and propose mitigation strategies.
Execution Coordination

Coordinate execution of test plans with testers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.

Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely completion of test cycles.
Automation Strategy

Explore and scope automation opportunities to streamline repetitive testing tasks.

Collaborate with automation engineers to define future-proof testing frameworks and reusable components.
Reporting & Quality Assurance

Track and report test results, defects, and coverage metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement of testing processes.
Pay Range: $60-70
