Summary:
Primarily responsible for the review & analysis of all processed client expense reports
within the Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) system.
Responsibilities:
Include, but may not be limited to:
• Execute specifically built Concur queries for all approved and paid expense reports on a weekly
basis
• Review and analyze all domestic and international client expense reports which are
reported on the weekly Concur query
• Determine the risk assessment and prioritize the findings
• Provide Management with results of T&E policy findings of all infractions
• Work with employees, who had T&E policy infractions, to enhance their knowledge of the policies
to prevent future issues
• Provide support to all employees who need assistance and guidance with expense reports
• Ad-hoc/miscellaneous reporting, and analysis, for the Corporate Card Programs and Concur
• Provides Concur reports as requested by management
• Demonstrate and practice a high degree of professional integrity and ethical responsibility in all
business Activities
• Acts as a role model for the Viacom Code of Conduct and demonstrates the highest ethical
standards
• Create and amend queries in order to be able to analyze the policy criteria
• Propose policy enhancements to Management
• Special projects as called upon by management
Required Qualifications/Skills:
• 3+ years of Concur experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency with Concur, Word, and Excel
• Must be solutions-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and flexible
• Comfortable with written and verbal communication of quantitative and qualitative information with
executives.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail
• Internal customer focus
Desired skills:
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
• Must have an entrepreneurial orientation;
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, Visio.
• Ability to work independently as well as lead and participate in cross functional teams throughout a
full project lifecycle;
• Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels;
• Knowledge of information technology, finance, and sourcing/procurement processes;

Pay Rate: $30- $35/hour W2
