Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and constraints
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and test plans
- Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision making and drive business outcomes
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and drive consensus on project deliverables
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive operational efficiency
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and are user friendly
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of implemented solutions
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firms respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights
- Proficiency in business process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN or UML
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile project environments is a plus
- Must be NIST Compliant-US Citizenship required for federal account
Pay Range: $30-46
