JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that clean energy initiatives are effectively translated into scalable, high-quality software solutions. Your work will directly support the development and reporting of clean energy programs, aligning with regulatory requirements and public service commission expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of program enhancements.

Facilitate user requirement workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams to guide solutions from concept through deployment.

Analyze and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Organize and prioritize user stories for Agile development sprints.
-
Support testing efforts by creating test plans, writing test scripts, and logging defects.
-
Prepare system documentation, including process flows, customer journey maps, and business process models.

Conduct user research, experience mapping, wireframing, and usability testing to inform product design.

Apply critical thinking to diagnose and resolve complex system and process issues.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to support evolving program needs.

Pay Range: $65-75
