Summary:
The purpose of this role is to ensure clients receive a superior service experience, and to act as the clients main point of contact for a wide range of inquiries, ranging from basic to complex.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, timely and professional responses to inquiries sent to our pooled service mailboxes
- Responsible for resolving assigned inquiries and meeting established SLA by monitoring a case dashboard throughout the day
- Accountable for identification of opportunities to deliver client service excellence, effectively managing any risks and issues that arise
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in the clients local or regional Treasury and Finance organizations
- Schedule calls with clients to train on how to use the online card management portals, and how to manage their card programs effectively
- Closely collaborate with internal partners from Product, Optimization, Sales, Fraud and Relationship Management
Required Skills:
- Direct client service experience with the ability to conduct difficult conversations with both internal and external partners
- Good understanding of corporate card products and channels and the ability to relate to client business requirements and capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external partners
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills; must be able to put complex product and/or technical information into simple terms
- Ability to understand a clients business and the fundamentals of running a business
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Previous banking experience working in a relationship or account management role
- Knowledge of competitors products, services, strategies and client relationship practices
Pay: $30-$32 per hour.
